Refund policy

We don't accept returns. 

Please make sure that you double check your selections before placing your order. Pertinent information can be found in the description of each item. If you have further questions, please message us and we will be glad to help you.

Digital Goods

Since these items are instant delivery, we cannot issue a refund for these items. 

Consumable craft items

Items such as t-shirt transfers, vinyl, and bleached blank tees require your knowledge on how to properly use them. We cannot be held responsible if you misuse these products and/or if your equipment causes malfunctions, etc. We will not replace or issue refunds for this reason. Most of our listings have application instructions for you to refer to. Please look over these before use if you are unfamiliar with the product. If you are starting out and are apprehensive, please take a look at our starter kits! These kits contain all the supplies and instructions that a beginner needs to properly learn how to use our products. 

Custom DTF Transfers

Files submitted to us to be printed will be printed as is. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure a high quality file is submitted to ensure an optimal print result. We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for blurry and/or pixelated images. Images submitted with backgrounds may also get printed as is. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure a high quality, .png or .pdf file type without a background is submitted to us. If we catch an issue, we will reach out and try to remedy the problem. However, we are getting busier and have a lot more orders to process so please make sure your submissions are correct.

Unfulfilled Items

If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will refund that item and fulfill the rest of your order. 

Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery or order pick-up to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot provide a replacement so please make sure you open your order and inspect your items upon arrival.
