Shipping policy

  • Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days depending on the items you order.
  • Estimated delivery dates on product pages are estimates, not guarantees
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not issue any refunds if a package does not arrive by a certain date.
  • Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address (especially if using apple pay). Contact us if you need to change it.
  • If we receive your package back, we will attempt to contact you to resend to another address. You will need to repay for shipping.
  • If tracking shows your package has been delivered and you do not have it in your possession, you will need to contact your local post office. Unfortunately, we can't do anything to help you on our end. Once the package is out of our hands, responsibility is held by the shipping service used to send your package.
  • Route protection at checkout is a convenient and affordable option to insure your purchase against loss, theft, and damage.
  • With that being said, we do not have any additional information on the whereabouts of your package after it is in the possession of the carrier. We see the same tracking that you see.
