Size: 3.5" Contour Cut to your design -
Details: This 3.5" Patch will feature your design. It will have a small outline around your design in the leather color chosen.
How to order:
- Choose your quantity
- Upload your file
- Place your order
After you place your order, we will reach out to you to go over leather colors to best suit your design along with a design proof.
File Types: .png or .pdf files are needed for this. Please ensure your file is high quality.
How to Apply:
You will need a hat press.
- Peel off backing
- Place on Hat
- Press Instructions depend on your press:
Single Platen Press: 300F for 50-60 seconds
Dual Platen Press: 280F Top / 320F Bottom for 45 seconds
You may need to press a few times with the hat in different positions for best adherence.
Turnaround Time: 7 business days

Items such as t-shirt transfers, vinyl, and bleached blank tees require your knowledge on how to properly use them. We cannot be held responsible if you misuse these products and/or if your equipment causes malfunctions, etc. We will not replace or issue refunds for this reason. Most of our listings have application instructions for you to refer to. Please look over these before use if you are unfamiliar with the product. If you are starting out and are apprehensive, please take a look at our starter kits! These kits contain all the supplies and instructions that a beginner needs to properly learn how to use our products.
Unfulfilled Items
If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will refund that item and fulfill the rest of your order.
Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot send a replacement so please make sure you open your package and inspect your items upon arrival.
