Disclaimer: We will print what you send us as is. We are not responsible for bad resolution, low quality, or pixelated images. If your file has a background it will be printed.
How to Press:
- Press for 18 seconds at 315 degrees F - Do not cover
- Peel Hot or Cold - Your Choice
- For a more soft matte finish - cover with parchment paper and repress for 10 seconds.
How to Order:
- Select your transfer size
- Click the "Create Design" button
- Cancellations on custom transfers will not be accepted.
* While we can achieve nice bright colors, neon colors such as neon green, neon pink, neon yellow, and neon orange are outside of the cymk gamut and will print as a paler shade of the color.
* We are not responsible for any mistakes or mishaps during application. While our transfers are very easy to apply, if you are new to this and aren't comfortable with the process, it may be a great idea to order a few extras or start with one of our starter kits. Refunds will not be given for misuse and/or lack of knowledge.

Digital Goods
Since these items are instant delivery, we cannot issue a refund for these items.
Consumable craft items
Items such as t-shirt transfers, vinyl, and bleached blank tees require your knowledge on how to properly use them. We cannot be held responsible if you misuse these products and/or if your equipment causes malfunctions, etc. We will not replace or issue refunds for this reason. Most of our listings have application instructions for you to refer to. Please look over these before use if you are unfamiliar with the product. If you are starting out and are apprehensive, please take a look at our starter kits! These kits contain all the supplies and instructions that a beginner needs to properly learn how to use our products.
Unfulfilled Items
If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will refund that item and fulfill the rest of your order.
Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot send a replacement so please make sure you open your package and inspect your items upon arrival.
