CAD-CUT® Puff is the perfect HTV for creating cloud-like dimension with simple designs. With Puff, you can easily achieve a trendy dimensional look using just one layer of HTV! This material starts flat and smooth for easy cutting on your vinyl cutter and the HTV puffs up after heat application!

Note: Texture of Puff material can vary greatly depending upon fabric it is applied to. Repeated heat application will flatten puff effect. When Layering, apply puff htv last.

Cutting Instructions:

Place plastic film carrier side down on your mat/cutter. Matte Side Down for Puff Vinyl. Glossy Side Up.
Use your cutting program to cut your design. Make sure you have mirrored your design.
Remove ("weed") the excess vinyl with a vinyl weeding pick
Place your cut design on your item plastic film side up and press *NO Teflon*
When your timer sounds, unlock your press and remove the plastic carrier

1-Color Application Instructions

Time: 8-10 seconds

Temp: 280°F / 138°C

Pressure: Medium/Firm

Peel: Hot

Do not repress - this will flatten the material

Care Instructions

Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.

Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot send a replacement so please make sure you open your package and inspect your items upon arrival.
