* You must use an actual heat press when applying these. Do not use an iron or a Cricut easy press.
* This listing is not for a t-shirt. This listing is for the design transfer only.
* Feel free to use our mockups on your website, group, etc. to market your tees. You can cover our logo with your own if you'd like.
* We are not responsible for any mistakes or mishaps during application. While our transfers are very easy to apply, if you are new to this and aren't comfortable with the process, it may be a great idea to order a few extras.
* Our transfers can also be used on canvas totes, fabric for quilts, shoes, and more as long as it is cotton or polyester!

Since these items are instant delivery, we cannot issue a refund for these items.
Consumable craft items
Items such as t-shirt transfers, vinyl, and bleached blank tees require your knowledge on how to properly use them. We cannot be held responsible if you misuse these products and/or if your equipment causes malfunctions, etc. We will not replace or issue refunds for this reason. Most of our listings have application instructions for you to refer to. Please look over these before use if you are unfamiliar with the product. If you are starting out and are apprehensive, please take a look at our starter kits! These kits contain all the supplies and instructions that a beginner needs to properly learn how to use our products.
Unfulfilled Items
If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will refund that item and fulfill the rest of your order.
Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot send a replacement so please make sure you open your package and inspect your items upon arrival.
