How to Order:
The best way to set up your file is to make your document size 22"x16". You can do this in any design software - including canva.
Design your file and export it at full size. If you are using canva, please move the size slider all the way to the right before saving.
File types accepted: PNG, PDF, or JPG

Since these items are instant delivery, we cannot issue a refund for these items.
Consumable craft items
Items such as t-shirt transfers, vinyl, and bleached blank tees require your knowledge on how to properly use them. We cannot be held responsible if you misuse these products and/or if your equipment causes malfunctions, etc. We will not replace or issue refunds for this reason. Most of our listings have application instructions for you to refer to. Please look over these before use if you are unfamiliar with the product. If you are starting out and are apprehensive, please take a look at our starter kits! These kits contain all the supplies and instructions that a beginner needs to properly learn how to use our products.
Unfulfilled Items
If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will refund that item and fulfill the rest of your order.
Damages and issues
Please contact us within 4 days of your packages delivery to report any defects or other problems with your order and we will be glad to make it right for you. Unfortunately, outside of 4 days we cannot send a replacement so please make sure you open your package and inspect your items upon arrival.
